Chicago Solar Project

SolarWerks Chicago Project

The Magnolia Apartment Solar Project in Chicago, IL, is a 30 panel pressurized system consisting of 5 arrays of 6 (4' x 10') panels each. The system provides hot water for 24 units ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms.

Rundle-Spence Heating Dept. provided SolarWerks, LLC with the complete solar package for all their needs.

From the initial sizing of the system, using the RetScreen software, site visits to determine the proper equipment placement, to the final commissioning of the system, Rundle-Spence's Heating Department provided accurate and detailed layouts and schematics to help guide SolarWerks, LLC on this project from start to finish.
